Crassula sarmentosa
Trailing jade
Also known as: Vining jade

Serrated, fleshy green leaves line long stems that trail gracefully over a pot edge. Stronger light can bring yellowish tones and reddish leaf margins. This is a trailing crassula rather than the upright jade tree; small cream-white flowers may appear on established plants.
