Ilex x meserveae 'Mondo'
Little Rascal® male holly

Bright green leaves cover a small, densely branched mound and turn deep purple in winter. This male selection does not produce berries, but can pollinate compatible female blue hollies. Its low stature fits front-of-border positions and compact foundation plantings.
