Shrubs
Hypericum frondosum 'Sunburst'
Sunburst St. John's wort

Bright yellow flowers with a rounded spray of stamens contrast with blue-green leaves in midsummer. This compact, upright shrub brings sunny color to informal hedges and mixed borders. Foliage may persist in warm climates but usually drops where winters are cold.
