Hibiscus 'Blue River II'
Blue River II hardy hibiscus

Huge, clear white flowers open above deep green leaves that can show a blue tinge. This upright hardy hibiscus is a perennial, not a woody rose of Sharon. It returns slowly in spring, then grows quickly into a substantial summer display.
