Perennials
Stachys byzantina 'Helene von Stein'
Helene von Stein lamb’s ear
Also known as: Big Ears lamb’s ear

Broad, velvety silver-green leaves form a spreading mound. Grown for touchable foliage rather than flowers; this selection rarely blooms. Garden uses include soft-textured edging, borders and containers. Divide crowded mats as needed, usually every 2–4 years. Avoid overwatering and wet leaves; remove flower stalks if growing mainly for foliage.
